We'll cover efficiency tips, basic self-rescue techniques, hauling a day bag and tips for better rappelling. If there's time, we'll also touch on training, nutrition and other questions for big routes. The goal: set you up for success, while planning for the worst, so you can feel at home in the vert! *Note: we will be practicing skills in a single-pitch environment, we will not actually be multi-pitch climbing during this clinic.
