CAMP USA: ROCK RESCUE FOR CLIMBERS

with Tyler Allen: Tyler has been climbing for over twelve years, is an AMGA Certified Rock Guide, Apprentice Alpine Guide, Certified Single Pitch Instructor, and a Wilderness First Responder. Using only gear climbers normally carry, this clinic presents the skills that can be combined for retreats and rescues on multi-pitch climbs. The skills will be taught and practiced so participants should expect to be hands on and engaged. Skill level: Any! Required gear: One Sterling Hollowblock (or prussik cord), 3 Locking Carabiners, 3 Non-locking Carabiners, 1 Auto-blocking belay device, 1 120cm sewn sling (Dyneema, Nylon, or otherwise)! 10 ppl max; FREE with festival ticket.
